Invitation to the Panel Discussion on

Sense and nonsense of the “2-degrees-limit”

Does the “2-degrees-limit” make sense? How certain are we that we can reach it?

We like to invite you to our panel discussion on sense and nonsense of the “2-degree-limit” on Thursday, 5th July, from 10:15 to 11:45 in room 022/023 at the IfM Bundesstraße 53.

Does the “2-degrees-limit” make sense? How certain are we that we can reach it? These and other questions are up for the debate. Please, join our panelists Dr. Oliver Geden (visiting researcher MPI) , Prof . Dr. Hermann Held (UHH), Christopher Schrader (science journalist) and Dr. Diana Süsser (WWF) for a lively discussion on uncertainty and the “2-degrees-limit”. The panel- discussion is part of our seminar “Uncertain 2 Degrees” and  is organised and will be moderated together with our ICSS Master students.

The panel discussion is an university internal event. However, we hope to see plenty of you on Thursday.
