How will we teach ‘Researching and Shaping Climate Futures’?
The course is taught every week on Thursday (17:00 to 18:00) in Bundesstrasse 53 room 22/23 (ground floor) in the Max Planck Institute.
Between the 5 April and the 12 July, we have in total 14 lectures. In each of the lectures, you students will actively participate either in form of open discussions or role-plays. In many lectures you will get homework to prepare, usually in groups.
Together with a number of lecturers across various disciplines, we will discuss how we as scientists, and as a society, can research and shape climate futures. Our main goal is to improve our joint understanding of the different perspectives on this multi-faceted topic.
The course structure is still up for changes. If you have questions or ideas, which are not answered nor covered in the Session Plan, Role-plays or Rules and Procedures, please contact the course coordination.
